In our workshop we will teach you the basics for homemade pasta. We will show you what to look for in the ingredients and technique, so that in the end everyone has the necessary know-how to start pasta production at home easily and without professional equipment. The pasta made in the course will be served with two different matching sughi for a shared meal.
